Google owns Blogger.com ( hell, it almost owns the Internet! ). So, to get back to the initial question, who said that I'm a spammer? You tell me:) It's pretty obvious: Google.Indeed, Google marked my blog as a "splog" ( splog stands for spam blog ). The good thing is that the blog wasn't deleted from Google's indexes, and it still appears in SERPS ( Search Engine Results Pages ) when you look for it. The bad thing is that it was blocked by Blogger's staff and it couldn't be visited by nobody. This is why I apologies to all my readers and visitors ...
