The colorful children's book tells the story of Black fictional characters Papa Juice and his grandchildren, Rhonda Berrie and DJ Berrie, who are based on Currie's father-in-law, her 5-year-old daughter and her 2-year-old son.In the story, Papa Juice walks through his garden with Rhonda Berrie and DJ Berrie, teaching them about George Washington Carver, a Black agricultural scientist who discovered hundreds of ways to use peanuts, soybeans, pecans and sweet potatoes. One of the new projects for California Adventure is Cars Land. The expansion will be an entirely new, 12-acre addition, immersing guests into a world inspired by the hit Disney•Pixar movie, Cars, playing to America’s love affair with automobiles. One of the attractions you can look forward to is: Radiator Springs Racers, a major “E-ticket” attraction, places guests right in the middle of the amazingly detailed, dimensional Cars world of Mater, Lightning McQueen, Doc and Sally. Guests get a quick race briefing from Doc and Lightning, and suddenly find themselves in the midst of a race around hairpin turns and steep banks. Good news ! Adventure City's 10-acre lot along Beach Blvd had been sold to a developer for condominiums. Due to the soft real estate market the deal has fallen through. The little amusement park will continue operation along with Hobby City's other tenants. The property owner would still like to develop the property or sell it outright. But at this time there is no immediate need to close Adventure city. The little parks future is still uncertain so take a day to visit Hobby City, The Doll & Toy Museum and Adventure City. Ensuing Christmas reminds me what happened last year. It was on 24th of Dec I met Mark in the church at mid night mass. By the way , Mark is my brother in-law. I married his sister, Martha in Jun06. The chill in London on that night pressing us hard to seek warmth. There was a rush around the fireplace in the church. So I only got closed Martha. Mark said `hey, you missed the honeymoon`. I got to go Outside in my backyard on my harness and leash, and I went right to the very edge of the water! My Mommie has to watch me closely, because alligators live in this water, and they move very fast. I would not want to get eaten up! I saw this pretty bird. I do not know what kind of bird he is. He told me his name is George, but he did not even know what kind of bird he was.Then, I saw this big fish! He was almost 2 feet long! I tried talking to him, but he didn't answer. I think he had too much water in his ears.I started to get nervous about alligators. So I turned around and RAN back from the edge of the water. Better safe than dinner.Aaaahhhh!
