  Pirate-themed camp outs at Legoland California ? Merlin Entertainment Group is asking the Carlsbad planning commission for permission for a campground program that could accommodate up to 275 people a night. With this new program families would be able to stay at Legoland after the park closes at 8 PM and camp in tents. Guest would be able to play games and watch shows. The camping fun would be over just before the parks opens at 10 am. Source North County Times
