So much has been made about McCain not only about his age, but that if elected it would be like a third Bush term. It got me thinking about Bush being like those little devils on your shoulder whispering in your ear...but what if due to age, McCain didn’t hear him correctly.

Not dinosaur related but worth noting -- When I first look at the photographs of this giant Miocene croc, I could've sworn it must've walked straight out of a cartoon. This is Purussaurus, a monster alligatoroid that lived in what is now Brazil during the Upper Miocene epoch. Estimated to about 12 to 15m long, this croc probably preyed on so many large mammals that dared to approach its watery domain for a drink. Read more about this cartoonsh caiman here.

Before I'll go off and work on my next post for this blog, I want to tell everyone that I'm having a petition drive to release all episodes of C.O.P.S. on DVD. And I don't mean the live action version of COPS, but the animated cartoon show that featured Bulletproof, LongArm Mainframe, Big Boss, Dr. BadVibes, Berserko, Mace, Nightshade, and many others. To those of you who don't remember the show, let me refresh.C.O.P.S. (Central Organization of Police Specialists) is a late 80s' animated series that aired between 1988 and 1989, which is the subject of my fan fics and my collection of fan art featuring the characters I've mentioned above. Here's a wiki article that tells all about the series,C.O.P.S. WIKI ArticleThus far, Shout Factory has released the first 22 episodes of the series on DVD, but seeing only 22 episodes while there's in fact 65 episodes and one lost episode The Case of The Boy Nobody Wanted out there is not enough. It is better to see all the episodes than a few handfuls

Last year the museum in Toronto opened a new addition to the musem called "The Crystal" (pictured in the cartoon) to a fair amount of critism. Last week a Toronto art student put a fake bomb in an alley next to the city's museum as part of his "art project". Police were called in and a charity function at the museum had to be cancelled costing the charity over $100,000... and inspired a cartoon.(c)2007 Johnny Ancich .

This cartoon almost wrote itself. Last week a city councillor in Toronto was punished for not spending a penny of his $53,000 office budget. Instead he paid for stationary and the like with his OWN money. All this in a city that is forecast to have a 300 million dollar budget shortfall.(c)2007 Johnny Ancich .

Based on a true Toronto news story in which a 14 year old was able to buy and drive a car before he crashed it. In the same week, there were reports of a person masquerading at night as a taxi driver. He would take your visa card, then hand you back a fake one. Hopefully there are no fake proctologists out there...Feel free to vote for my blog athttp://www.blogskinny.com/vote.cfm?u=2566_13375dda68c6(c)2007 Johnny Ancich .
