Rick Cleveland is an American television writer, playwright and monologist, best known for writing on the HBO original series, Six Feet Under and NBC”s The West Wing.
Most recently, Rick won the Jury Award for Best One Person Show at the 2006 US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Colorado for his performance in "My Buddy Bill", a monologue play filmed on June 15, 2005 for a Comedy Central Special

Baseball America just released their free list of this year's Cleveland Indians Top 10 Prospects. There's a decent amount of moving and shaking, as seen by comparing last year's projected 2010 lineup to this year's projected 2011 lineup. Per BA, Ryan Garko's emergence will keep Victor Martinez behind the plate, at least 4 out of every 5 games. Most Cleveland fans have already permanently replaced Josh Barfield with Asdrubal Cabrera. A solid hit by a Titans DB on 4th and long solidified the playoff picture. Tennessee held on to beat the Colts 16-10 and move onto the playoffs, leaving the Browns at home. Who's to blame? Derek Anderson, for throwing away the Bengals game in week 16? The Colts, for resting their starters and refusing to use their last timeout to get the ball back?I say neither. What in the world is going on?! Two awards going to the Cleveland Indians Organization?! First C.C. Sabathia wins the AL Cy Young Award, now Eric Wedge wins AL Manager Of The Year. Eric Wedge, who guided the Cleveland Indians to their first division title in six years, was named American League Manager of the Year on Wednesday. It was the second major award won by a member of the Indians in as many days, as C.C. Sabathia captured the American League Cy Young Award on Tuesday. Wedge was the only manager listed on all 28 ballots cast by two writers in each American League city. He collected 19 first-place votes and 116 points - based on a five-three-one tabulation system - to easily win the award. Mike Scioscia of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim finished a distant second with 62 points. Scioscia received four first-place votes. Only four managers received votes. Did hell freeze over today? I am so shocked, I'm almost speechless. Not only did Sabathia win, but another Indians pitcher, Fausto Carmona, came in 4th place. I thought it was illegal for anyone outside of Boston, New York, and California to win the award. C.C. That's right. This is just like the one that had been already installed in Success Tech Academy that wasn't being used there too often.
Not only should you be passing a law that makes it mandatory for every single school to install these detectors at every entrance/exit, but once they ARE installed there, they should be utilized daily.
What are you waiting for? Yet another school shooting? Or are the funds for these detectors already being used for the war in Iraq?

Another high school shooting, another worthless individual that should've just killed themselves first. What happened to the day when people used to just commit suicide? It's seems that every lunatic who felt they weren't loved enough/too many people picked on them/girlfriend or boyfriend broke up with them, feels the need to go out in a blaze of glory and kill other people just because their feelings were hurt. This was my first airshow and I was impressed. I took 129 pics of the event. I'm not a photographer, nor do I have a great camera. The zoom doesn't work well and I had to clean up the pictures with PaintShopPro to remove most of the "noise". I've never taken a picture where I had to follow something going nearly the speed of sound. They are incredibly fast. I think it took all of a minute to rescue the "stranded boater". The Oracle father-son stunt team had a really close encounter. Everyone gasped at how close they were. One of the Army Golden Knights parachute team nearly flipped over. His parachute nearly collapsed and you could see him trying to make an adjustment by pulling HARD on the other side to flip him back. The C-17 cargo plane was pretty cool. Cleveland Clinic has signed an agreement with the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi to manage Sheikh Khalifa Medical City in Abu Dhabi. Sheikh Khalifa Medical City is a health care network that includes the 700-bed Sheikh Khalifa Hospital, a 150-bed Behavior Sciences Pavilion, the100-bed Abu Dhabi Rehabilitation Center, 12 specialized outpatient clinics and nine primary health centers.
