The recipe sounded bizarre, but I gave them a shot.I followed the recipe and instructions exactly and enjoyed the final product. I baked today. Yummy Sugar cookies. Here's the recipe:Kelly's Super Yummy Sugar Cookies1 cup butter2 cups sugar2 eggs1/2 cup milk1 tsp vanilla4 1/2 cups flour4 tsp baking powder1 tsp saltCream butter and sugar. Peanut Butter Cookies are my favorite cookie, not too sweet, both chewy and crisp.My niece loves to make them with me, and while she likes to criss-cross the cookies, I'm guessing it's the sampling afterwards that she loves best.Peanut Butter Cookies are fairly forgiving as evidenced by all the flour-free and no-bake versions. Mix 125 gram boter met 175 gram donkere basterdsuiker tot een smeuig geheel. Voeg er 1 theelepel vanille aroma, 1 eetlepel melk en 1 ei aan toe en mix dit goed door. Voeg dan 175 gram bloem en 1 theelepel bakpoeder toe en maak er een goed beslag van. Breek 200 gram chocolade in kleine stukjes en spatel dit door het beslag. Leg op een ingevette bakplaat steeds met 1 eetlepel een beetje beslag met een tussenruimte van ongeveer 3 cm. Zet de bakplaat nu in de voorverwarmde oven op 160 graden voor ongeveer 20 minuten. Laat de koekjes afkoelen op een rek. Eet smakelijk!
