Courtesy of CNA Forummer - EagleCome across an article by the economist David Rosenberg of ML, which is a must read and one which I believe paints the economic picture accurately. Can't find on-line so I will post the major points here:-1. We r into the 1st month of recession.2. Average home prices can drop another 25%.This may sound dire but is nothing compared to the 130% surge fr 2000-2006.3. Historical record shows these setbacks in the real economy (ie recession) usher in an ave 25% drop in S&P 500.4. So we ve a situation where both house and equity prices, though already fallen decisively fr their peak, hv potential to drop another 25% fr here.5. Model predict personal savings rate may be pushed up to 4% fr sub zero today, causing severe dent to consumption growth (ave rise in savings rate during recessions is abt 3%).6. Today, Justin Timberlake readies the release of his "Deluxe Edition" of FutureSex/LoveSounds, the Grammy-nominated album that took the pop world by storm this past year. Strategically arriving right on schedule for the holiday season, this re-release follows an ever-growing number of albums that have been re-packaged in recent years. The re-release is marketing brilliance from three standpoints:it's money in the bank for the record execs; throw a few remixes on the same CD and re-sell it to the same peopleit offers the eager and zealous fans a chance to buy another piece of... er... art from their favourite artist.for the artist, (remember them?) it regenerates interest in the album and can potentially allow the record to garner additional GRAMMY nods.So the re-release truly hits the nail on the head because it pleases the 3 fundamental parts of the music industry. The outcome, however, of a re-release ends in only four ways:It saves a failing album: Shakira's Oral Fixation Vol. 2The

Author: Michael Kofler Paperback: 936 pagesPublisher: Apress; 02 edition (July 21, 2003) Language: EnglishISBN: 1590591038 This book is definitive. Though assuming no knowledge of VBA or Visual Basic, it covers every aspect of Excel programming. The emphasis is always on solving problems that professionals will encounter in their daily work. Whether it is automatically displaying different views of data through pivot tables or accessing databases through ADO, the latest Microsoft database technology, it's all here. The final chapter provides a reference on Excel objects that is equally definitive. It is important to note that this book is not an advertising brochure for Excel. If there are problems with the Excel object library (and unfortunately there are many of them), they are explained. Whenever possible, Kofler explains a work-around. Still, this book gives the reader a comprehensive look at what you can do with Excel - and despite some problems, the range of possib
If you're reading this, you've most likely, or definitely tried getting referrals through your close friends, family, and coworkers, but STOP. You're probably not using the most effective method. The most common mistake people make when trying to get close friends and family to join AGLOCO is that they're not reminding themselves that since they are close to you, and know you well, they will listen to what you have to say, and pay full attention whilst doing so. When trying to get them to join, do it face-to-face. This is a much more effective method to get them interested in joining under your network, because it makes them feel as though they were worth the time and effort to be told about the company. When you personally talk to them about the benefits as to how much you can earn, it tells them that you're not just doing so for your own sake, but for their personal benefit as well (you are their close friend or family, remember?).Close referrals are great assets to your network
