Well I did it I purchased the Slim In Six Program from an infomercial it claims to get you in shape in 6 weeks. I purchased a few weeks ago. I wanted to start it today on December 25th, 2007. What it is an eating plan and then exercising twice in a day program with Debbie Siebers as the instructor and creator. I like it she is easy to follow and simple to learn at least for me it is I really like her style. With me being in ok shape already, I am intermediate level I have much muscle from doing yoga and dance for years so I can handle the workout. I started out with Burn It Up section first even though it said to begin with Start It Up and Ramp It Up. I tried them two last week they were too simple for me. So I began with Burn It Up first I have to go to the harder one to get the best results with my exercise level already. I finally moved houses. Well, to be honest, I moved a week ago, but with the job and unpacking, I finally found time today to take pictures of the new house. Have a look:This house is much bigger than the previous one, and therefore, colder. The bedroom especially is really big. Dark blue carpeted flooring, with light blue walls. I bought a dressing table, a tv trolley, a bedside table and a lamp for the room. The living room is spacious, and with light pink and white colored walls and wallpaper, and the laminate flooring, looks welcoming. I know, light pink sounds a bit strange, but that's how the landlord's wife has decorated it, and to be honest, it gives a nice effect. The sofas are really comfy, and suck you in. The kitchen is almost the same size as the previous one. The good thing is that there is a gas cooker in the house has a great effect on cooking. There is a lot of difference in the taste of the food cooked on an electric cooker than that cooked on the gas cooker. Strange

The stay in Paris started with a day off. We got in around lunch time and since our hotel booking had fucked up, we were stranded on Moulin Rogue for a while. We finally got ahold of some rooms at the Holiday Inn, checked in and went for dinner down the street. Bison, sirloins and beef steaks was on the menu, but a slight tartar-ish looking burger, which our drummer ate, sent chills down the spine reminding us that it doesn't take much to get food poisoning, even in a "safe" country like France. Seemed like pretty much everyone was in the mood for a quiet night in and no hell raising was to be seen or heard anywhere later on post dinner. Instead of trashing hotel rooms, this time we saved our money and went to bed early, the latter being the smarter move of the two. It's great to have the opportunity to sleep in a nice bed once in a while when you're on a long tour, so anytime the chance comes along it's very much appreciated.Read the complete blog here

The seconds were running down and I wasn't sure if it would happen. The Immaculate Machine's Brooke Gallupe was calling from a payphone somewhere in Ontario. I loved the image. Because really, you don't see payphones that much anymore.
But in the end it was on his cell phone that I spoke to Brooke from a truck stop somewhere on the highway. The band just finished playing the Hillside Festival and were on their way to London. But it's not all work for the Victoria trio who are making time to enjoy the sites and visit their grandmothers.
