Basically, I'm wondering why? Term is getting cheaper all the time, the term length is longer and longer, in another thread someone brought up the 40 year term to go along with the 40 year mortgage. Yet while the discussion didn't go into their even being a 40 year term product, it is still an interesting discussion all do itself!I'm yet wondering why the flattening of sales? Is due to the Insurance Carriers themselves? We all know they seem to have change marketing attempts, more and more these carriers seem to be moving to a BGA or whatever, moving the sale force outside of the company. Or does the problem lie in the Agents themselves along with the product? Or could it be the general public does not see value in it?"see this forum at : http://www.insurance-forums.net/forum/americans-underinsured-why

I have been to Malaga airport many times as we own an apartment down near Marbella, but I cant for the life of me work out the answer to my question!!Bascially its about car hire. I want to hire a car for me and my g/f for our stay. I will do this the usual way of collecting from downstairs at the airport, and we will get a small car. However, she will then return to the UK after about 2.5 weeks, and then some friends will be joining me. Unfortunately, my friends are rather big chaps, so I will need a bigger car. My question is, if I was to return my first hire car the usual way and then say good bye to my girlfriend, how will I get to the car hire bit downstairs again to get my new car, as I wont have come through the arrivals lounge. I dont fancy the idea of sneaking past the sliding doors where the taxi people wait incase I look a little dodgy! Is there another way of getting there

But in trying to book a car with Europcar via the Easyjet website, it seems to say that pickup and dropoffs are in Algeciras? Am I reading this wrong? In reading the posts in the forums, it seems everyone recommends picking up the car off airport, but I will have my young daughter and mother in law with us, so I don't know how far we'll want to walk. Europcar seems to be the easiest and cheapest, but only if there's transportation to the airport and back. Does anyone know what the best (and least expensive) option is? We also have a home equity loan (fixed) which has $40,000 at 7 1/4% fixed. We have about 4 yrs left on this loan. We need to do home repairs to prepare to sell the house. The repairs will cost approx $50-60,000 (guessing). My husband is in his 70's and still works. He retired from his full-time job after 30 yrs and started his own business. Our income has been cut in half. We need to sell the house we've lived in for almost 40 yrs. Would it be better to take out a new First Mortgage and pay off the other two and have one payment? We don't want to use his savings to pay for the repairs...or should we and just keep paying the mortgages. We were thinking it might be better to combine all the money into one First mortgage. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Jane"see this forum at : http://ths.gardenwe

I put in the DH name servers in the Yahoo control panel and I was able to access the site and upload stuff to it with Transmit to the DH servers. So far, so good. Now I got to upload some more and it gives me a password error in Transmit. I try to go to the domain using Camino and get the Yahoo "under construction" page.I double checked in the Yahoo control panel and the DH name servers are still listed, but when I try to access the site I still get the Yahoo place holder page.I want to host the site at DreamHost and I thought it was simply a matter of changing name servers like DH describes, but for some reason Yahoo keeps flipping me back to their "under construction" page.I did a Google search and I am not the only one with this problem, but no one seems to have a solution. Since I didn't like the hosting plan, I cancelled the plan.Know what, yahoo cancelled my domain name also! I lost a domain name for which I had paid for 5 years.Talked, Shouted, Cried - with yahoo support people! No use! Domain name remained cancelled! I had to pay again to get back the domain.(Their stupid logic: They call a hosting plan as an upgrade of the domain plan. When you buy hosting, you upgrade domain name. So when you cancel hosting plan later, according to them, you cancel not only the hosting plan, but also the domain name associated with it)Didn't expect such an idotic logic from a company like Yahoo."see this forum at : http://www.v7n.com/forums/domain-name-forum/60938-yahoo-domain-name-registration-careful-you-may-loose-your-domain-name.html
