Sad news surfaced late Thursday as it was revealed that Lily Allen, who had been pregnant with her first child, suffered a miscarriage. The expecting father was boyfriend Ed Simons, who is one-half of the Chemical Brothers. British pop phenom Lily Allen has been arrested and charged over an alleged assault on a photographer outside of a London club. A Scotland Yard spokesperson told media:
“At 9.30am yesterday, a 21-year-old woman attended a central London police station by appointment.”
“She was arrested in connection with an allegation of assault. She has been bailed to return on a date in late July.”
The alleged incident took place outside of London’s Wardour club in Soho on March 13th.
