MUMBAI (Reuters) - Radio broadcaster Entertainment Network (India) Ltd said on Wednesday it has sold 16.5 percent stake in its outdoor advertising unit Times Innovative Media (TIM) to foreign investors, for a total of 2 billion rupees. Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers have each acquired 8.28 percent in TIM, in a deal that values the unit at 12 billion rupees, the company said in a statement. TIM's event management business has also been transferred to another Entertainment Network unit - Atlanta Brand Solutions - for 70 million rupees, the company said in a separate statement.
