American defense ministry Pentagon announced that they are going to destroy a falling spy-satellite with a tactical missile. Pentagon released this news yesterday and it has been confirmed by the president George W. Bush. The reason for destroying the satellite is that it is carrying chemicals that are dangerous to humans. Americans asserts Khalid Sheikh Mohammed is the planner of the September 11 attacks. The Guantanamo war court says he is directly involved in the 2001 attacks on the United States. No one believes this story. In my opinion, he should be handed over to UN and prosecuted in the International Court of Justice because Americans have destroyed two countries killed millions of people under the pretext of war on terror.
I've just finished reading "The Hound of the Baskervilles" for the umpteenth time...I love detective stories, and I especially love the archetypical detective, Sherlock Holmes. And in the following case history, one of Holme's axioms is employed--here it is, repeated multiple times in various settings: "Eliminate all other factors, and the one which remains must be the truth" (from The Sign of Four)"How often have I said to you that when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improb able, must be he truth" (again, from The Sign of Four) "When you have eliminated all which is impossible, then whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth" (from The Adventure of the Blanched Soldier)"We must fall back upon the old axiom that when all other contingencies fail, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth" (from The Adventure of Bruce-Partington Plans) . WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Pentagon will seek more money for 2009 operations in Iraq and Afghanistan before the end of the Bush administration, it said on Tuesday, giving the next president some breathing room on the issue. The administration will ask Congress next week for $70 billion to pay for the wars and related operations for part of the 2009 fiscal year, which begins Oct. 1, 2008. That would be about a third of the typical annual cost of the wars. The Pentagon had said on Monday the $70 billion would probably be the last funding request for the wars before the end of the Bush administration in January, leaving war funding as one of the first issues facing the next president. But Pentagon press secretary Geoff Morrell said on Tuesday more money would be sought before the end of Bush's term. "We are submitting the $70 billion request with the anticipation that at some point we will go back to the Congress and ask for what else is needed in fiscal year '09," h

The US Defence Ministry is “extremely concerned” about al Qaeda operations in Pakistan’s tribal areas bordering Afghanistan, military chief Admiral Michael Mullen has said. “We know it is having a significant impact, not just in Afghanistan, but certainly there are concerns about how much they have turned inward inside Pakistan. I am extremely concerned about this,” he told reporters. “But the US was mindful of Pakistan being a sovereign country and it is really up to President Pervez Musharraf and his advisers in the military to address that problem directly,” Admiral Mullen said. “I’m unaware of any proposal from any US official arguing for unilateral military action in Pakistan,” State Department official Tom Casey said. Meanwhile, the Bush Administration has come out strongly in favour of Pakistan after Senate majority leader Harry Reid, in a letter to President George Bush, demanded that US m
TEHRAN, Iran (AP) - Iran accused the United States on Wednesday of fabricating video and audio released by the Pentagon showing Iranian boats confronting U.S. warships in the Persian Gulf.
The video from Sunday’s incident shows small Iranian boats swarming around U.S. warships in the Strait of Hormuz. In the recording, a man speaking in heavily [...]
The latest National Intelligence Estimate on Iran was the final factor in a military equation that now appears to guarantee that there will be no war with Iran during the Bush Administration.
The Pentagon’s intelligence units were instrumental in forming the NIE’s conclusions.
Some critics have suggested that the military simply found a public way to quiet [...]

They secretly sent hundreds of letters in order to obtain financial records of private citizens without approval. The good news is...it was caught and the distributors face jail time. A summary of what happened, the washers were priority and priority orders don't have oversight so they are paid automatically. After the Pentagon later reviewed the orders, they haul distributors into court. They were charged and convicted of wire fraud and money laundering. I think treason should've been added. A small South Carolina parts supplier collected about $20.5 million over six years from the Pentagon for fraudulent shipping costs, including $998,798 for sending two 19-cent washers to an Army base in Texas, U.S. officials said. The company also billed and was paid $455,009 to ship three machine screws costing $1.31 each to Marines in Habbaniyah, Iraq, and $293,451 to ship an 89-cent split washer to Patrick Air Force Base in Cape Canaveral, Florida, Pentagon records show. The owners of C&D Distributors in Lexington, South Carolina -- twin sisters -- exploited a flaw in an automate
WASHINGTON (AP) - Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton hit back Friday at a Pentagon aide who charged that her questions about Iraq withdrawal planning have the effect of helping the enemy - calling the accusation a spurious dodge of a serious issue.
Clinton, the Democratic frontrunner for president, had asked the Pentagon to detail how it is planning for the eventual withdrawal of U.S. military forces from Iraq. She first raised the issue in May, pointing out that whenever troops leave, it will be no simple task to transport the people, equipment, and vehicles out of Iraq, possibly through hostile territory.
As much as I totally, completely, thoroughly and absolutely despise Hillary Clinton, to be fair, she did ask a legitimate question…
To what purpose and intent she plans on using any answer she may get is anyone’s guess, but that IS a legitimate question, she won’t get ANY kind of a legitimate answer though, simply because there isn’t one, the Bush administration i
A startling fact in the midst of a military meltdown: While troops are having their tours endlessly extended in order to staff the “surge,” over 11,000 soldiers have been discharged from the military services in the past 14 years because they are gay. The Pentagon fires 2 gay people every day.
