Let me ask you once again: Do you want me to digg, stumble or sphinn your blog posts? What's wrong..oh, you're probably thinking that I'm fooling around..Well, hear this: no, I'm not fooling around and I'm not kidding ( not this time ). I'm really serious about this. In fact, I have decided to do a little experiment and see how many of you bloggers will be interested in having your articles digged, stumbled or sphinned by me. If you're asking "What's the catch?", here's the answer: I want to increase my blog's traffic and RSS feed subscribers ( hopefully ) and I thought "How the heck should I do it?" I know, this is quite a no-brainer, as most of you'd say "Why don't you organize a contest? This would be nice and you would increase your traffic, the number of RSS feed subscribers and whatever else you want.." Contests are a nice way of driving traffic to a blog, indeed, but I'm aiming to provide this "service" ( if I can call it like that ) for a long period of time from now, unlike a
One of my friends brought up a situation to me the other day which kind of got me thinking and the reason for this post. He basically stated my posts are too long and do not even bother reading the rest of the post. Personally, I didn’t think my posts were that long. I thought I should give a basic introduction to all my posts just in case a new reader comes a long and do not understand the basis of the posts.
So I asked myself if I should do series short post or stick to my ’so called’ long posts. I remembered a post on Problogger about lengthy posts. That specific post was not long; it was simple, short and to the point. Thinking out loud again, but what if there is no explanation in the first couple sentences? I thought with writing you need to have an introduction, anticipating the reader what to expect in the coming paragraphs? Is blogging contradicting on how we should write? I know I do not write that well but I seem to get my point across.
The problem with lon
Many heated discussion between bloggers about sponsored posts and making money on blogs. Some think it is wrong and others think it is fine. No matter what people will have something good or bad to say. This is something I wanted to blog about for a long time now but I was afraid to. I started this blog is that I love to write so I will continue to write posts no matter what. I still view blogs with sponsored posts on them for the quality posts they write that are interesting to read. I don’t mind seeing sponsored posts as long as the blog has a good mix of normal posts too. I visit blogs because I like to read what they write it is as simple as that. I really see nothing wrong with it since it is part of life money we all need it. I think it is the future of advertising for companies with the reach blogs have on the internet now. Making money is part of life it is a normal progression we all need it especially now with the economy. I am not a single mother I don’t have children

In the course of my day I come across a load of great articles or news posts that I often don't have time to read. Sometimes I even do read them but forget to share the wealth. In addition, my Twitter feed is chalk full of article suggestions and tips from great minds; unfortunately I don't do a good job of noting them yet. Google is taking the matter of paid post seriously. Google has primarily targeted PayPerPost member blogs and blogs related to other such sites. It has reduced their Page ranks. If you are owning a blog that has paid posts then you need to careful. To prevent any future loss of page rank due to this issue you can take the following steps:1. If google cant see it's a paid post then your rank wont decrease. What i mean is dont carry tags like "Paid posts" "sponsored post " "sponsored review" . Google can follow these tags to determine if you are being paid for posts.2. Remove all sponsored post and PayPerPost tags on each of your posts.Any affiliate banners are fine. If want your visitors to know that this is a paid post then include them in the post itself. You can use innovative ways like "wondering why am i writing about them coz they paid me".Follow these methods as they say prevention is better than cure

With me being in ok shape already, I am intermediate level I have much muscle from doing yoga and dance for years so I can handle the workout. I started out with Burn It Up section first even though it said to begin with Start It Up and Ramp It Up. I tried them two last week they were too simple for me. Bloggers must be aware of the limitation of the blog from free blog-hosting service like wordpress and blogger. Some limitation are very crucial from SEO point of view like tile and description of the blog. Search engines are continuously in search of new and fresh information providing websites. To crawl such websites, search engines uses title and description, also called meta tag, of the website or webpages. This was one of the hurdle for blogger.com user where they can't provide unique title and description to their every post. For example: If, by default, title of your blog is: Hello this is the title of the blogthen title of your post will be Hello this is the title of the blog: This is the title of the post.using this trick you can remove the default title of the blog from the title of the post. Here an option 'HTML edit template' in blogger.com, comes to aid, where you can accomplish this task of unique title/description to your every post or label. Google are evidently clamping down on sites that do paid posts and are effectively offering paid links within those posts. Advice circulating around the paid post community suggests removing references to paid posts and sponsored posts from your blog. I have heard suggestions that titles such as 'sponsored links' are being hunted down and investigated by Google, the result being a drop in PR for those blogs that are deemed guilty of this practice. The whole practice of paid posts will have to become far more subtle and posts will have to be made to look more like part of the blog. So much for those who have been upfront about doing paid posts, the practice will effectively be driven underground. On the one hand Google is advancing blogging via 'Blogger', on the other hand, it looks like it going to try and remove the funding of these blogs by restricting Pagerank on the blogs that have paid posts and paid linking (such as sidebar links). It looks like PR on the two blogs that I am current
Well this is entirely random, but apparently my last post was my 200th post. That's a LOT of posts. I was thinking about what to do for my 200th post, and alternately for my 10,000th hit, but I wasn't sure what to do.Some things I thought of doing were the following:Give away a bookPost some fiction (perhaps a short story or an excerpt of The Lies of Venicia, which will be discussed later)Or...umm, I don't know. But maybe since this is my 200th post, and it is really close to my 10,000th hit, you all could think of something you'd want me to do. This is about my readers. So, what do you want?(Don't click the read more, there isn't any more after this)

This is my 1001st post on this blog. My blog also turned 4 last month. My first blog post was on Monday, September 08, 2003 and it has come a long way since then.I picked up a lot of skills as I went along and learnt from other bloggers. Through this blog, I made some really good online friends, most of whom I have never met in person but feel like I know them personally.I would like to say a BIG "Thank You!" to all the visitors to my blog.
Not really a milestone like 1000 or anything like that but it doesn’t seem that long ago that I was struggling to get into triple figures with the posts and now four figures is a milestone that seems to be looming up very fast indeed.
Of course, it was quite different in the days of the [...]
