Zur Verdeutlichung ein Beispiel: Ein T-Online-User schickt eine Nachricht an einen AOL-User. AOL verweigert jedoch die Annahme, da T-Online gerade auf der Blacklist von AOL steht. Die Mail geht als unzustellbar an den T-Online-User zurück.
Die Frage ist nun: Hat der T-Online-User einen Rechtsanspruch auf Zustellung seiner E-Mail? Und wenn nicht: Hat dann möglicherweise der AOL-Nutzer einen Anspruch gegen AOL auf Empfang der Mail?
