Asmita: Yup, it’s official! The release dates for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 has been announced by Ubisoft and it is set to hit Xbox 360 on March 21st this year. The launch of the new game, which is actually both a prequel and sequel to the 2007 hit shooting series, had already been announced in November last year. The latest R6V looks to finish the story which was kicked off in the first mane. Ubisoft has also revealed that in the new game players will be able to fully customize their protagonist for both, single and multiplayer plays and additional changes to enemy AI will also be introduced. Oh joy! We also learn, via that ever so famous GoW2 issue of GamePro, that RSV2 will feature a bunch of new and exciting additions including the ability to sprint, destructible cover, faster firing rate for all weapons, online co-op and an upgraded reward system that we learned about last month. RSV2 has the potential to be great, dare we say rival other similar war games in the FPS arena and is definitely something we're going to be watching for come March. It just seems solid. The New York Times is reporting that Coran Capshaw's Side One labelette (a side-business to his management of Dave Matthews and others) and XL will release the record in the US and UK respectively. One day last summer I was walking outside and I happened to spy Buddha laying under a vine near the side of the house. I snapped this pic and it's my very favorite.We had to put Buddha to sleep Tuesday afternoon. The vet said he had cancer. We brought him home and buried him next to his mother. It was a difficult day for all of us because it was such a shock. For anyone holding out to play the PlayStation 3 version of Rainbow Six: Vegas, the wait has certainly yielded the most generous version of the game so far. It's a substantial and feature-packed game: It includes all the features of the 360 version (bar the Vision Cam face-mapping technology) and the recently released Player's Pack Red Edition, new multiplayer maps, and some extra tweaks like using the Sixaxis to control the under-the-door snake camera. The single-player campaign is exactly the same as we've seen before in the 360 version, and it's a far more substantial campaign than what we've seen from this franchise previously. Whereas previous Rainbows were little more than a series of well-designed skirmishes loosely hooked together in sequence, the new game is actually built around a story arc. While it's certainly not the most imaginative narrative you'll ever come across, it does bring the game a far greater sense of purpose than we've seen in previous episodes, despite bein
