Ingredients:- 50 g garlic (blended)- 50 g ginger (blended)- 50 g onion (blended)- 1 big onion (cut into rings)- Half a chicken (cut into eight parts)- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste- 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder- 3 Chillis- Oil- Salt- Sugar- 1/3 cup of evaporated milk- 1 cup of waterMethod:Heat up oil, salt and turmeric powder. Fry the chicken till half cooked. In a separate wok, put in some oil with the blended garlic, ginger and onions. Stir fry for approximately five minutes till yellow. Add in the tomato paste, chillis, water, milk, salt and sugar. Put the half-cooked chicken in together with onion rings. Simmer until chicken is cooked and ready to be served.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Trade in the world greenhouse gas credits market rose 80 percent last year as emissions rules became a concern for more companies, a carbon analysis group said on Friday. Global carbon credit trade rose to $60 billion in 2007, from $33 billion the previous year, according Point Carbon, an Oslo-based group of greenhouse gas analysts and consultants. Total traded volume in the global market reached 2.7 billion tonnes of greenhouse emissions reductions in 2007, a 64 percent jump in the same period. The UN's climate panel last year squarely blamed human actions for global warming. Carbon trade allows companies that have cut emissions under a set limit to sell credits representing the reductions to slower-moving players. It is seen as a major way to spur clean technologies that are hoped to slow and then decrease global emissions. Her article on South Australia's water wise garden, Timandra was featured in the prime position on Helium's home page (see the screen shot above because featured articles are usually only featured for one day so it may no longer be there when you're reading this).In these water saving, environmentally conscious times, if you have any interest in such things then Rose's article is well worth a read. If you are thinking of heading out to Pasadena to view the 2008 Tournament of Roses Parade- here's a list of tips to make it a fun and comfortable experience1. Layer up- The high for New Year's Day is supposed to hit a high of 76 degrees- but it is very chilly at night and in the early morning. Dress in layers so that you can easily remove a layer or two when it starts to warm up. If you're bringing little ones I would also bring scarves, gloves and mittens.2. Overnight camping is permitted only on the night before the parade. Do not arrive before noon the day before the parade.3. If you plan on camping - bring plenty of blankets, sleeping bags and pillows. You are also allowed to bring a small barbecue. You may not bring tents or start any form of bonfire.4. If you are camping be prepared for a sleepless night. I've camped out a couple of times with my family and didn't sleep a wink. The crowd also gets a bit rowdy. I really wouldn't recommend camping out if you have small children.5.

Thinking today about how pretty yellow roses are to be honest I always liked the yellow roses much better than the any other color of rose. Something about a yellow rose is so beautiful to me I want an entire garden of yellow roses with different shades of yellow with golden to light colors in it would be so pretty. Even with all the boyfriends I had throughout my short lifetime, they never got me a yellow rose even at times when I hinted I liked that color rose.
