With the RSS competition going very strong, I wanted to make sure I have networked with right people to help me win this competition. I have been approach if I would be able to accept sponsors, prior to this I was already asking some of my blogging friends and entrepreneurs to see if they would like to sponsor this competition.
So far it looks like I am hand in hand with several of the competitors within this competition. I currently do not know what they are doing to gather more readers or what tactics they are doing. I know personally, it is who you know and I am using that to help me with this competition. Networking is very strong and simple on the internet especially among entrepreneurs and bloggers. We tend to be more open than if we were trying to network offline.

As my competitors are creating their future tactics I think I might just put mine out in the open. This is a great way for my readers to know what I am providing first hand and if they want to participate if needed. Well, I posted the competition post late last night, exactly at 12:05 am the day when this RSS competition started.
This gave me a heads up prior to my competitors or my fellow bloggers. I didn’t have time to think on what prizes to span out for the month of February because I will be out on the 23-27th for Affiliate Summit West 2008, this may give my other fellow bloggers an advantage.

The contest was about who would have the most RSS at the end of 1 month, a RSS subscription challenge. It started on October 1st and ended on the 31st, Jeremy was the one to initiate the contest with Chow.
