A Victim of a High Profile HYIP?We are talking about a minimum pooled sum of more than $5,000 being frauded. If you are a victim of an HYIP with at least $1,000 or more as with (Minvestment case and also of old cases such as Solid Investment and Troybank), legal recovery is possible should the funds be still circulating in any of the digital currencies such as e-Gold, e-Bullion. Such actions taken would be more effective if a group of victims team up together to seek legal actions against the fraudster(s) (or scam organization) Upon engaging a solicitor to act on the group’s behalf, the solicitor would then proceed to file a class action action suit and court order to freeze the existing assets that are left in any of the digital currencies or even bank accounts if any is involved. Usually if an obvious ponzi fraud is involved, no one would step up to rebut the legal action (You won’t expect anyone to step up to defend its rights from Minvestment do you)? The solicitor that is in c
2/1/2008By the end of 2007, Americans owed more than $915 billion in credit card debt, and the credit crunch is clearly impacting consumers as lenders are becoming more choosey about who gets loans and who doesn’t. Given, stricter loan and credit requirements, Better Business Bureau (BBB) is warning that some companies are using the credit crunch to take advantage of consumers by promising bogus credit repair services that can be costly and in some cases illegal...read all..
How to test whether a new PPC or other monetization programs is good and not fraudulent? When you first come across a new monetization programs, what will you do to determine whether it is worth for you to join and participate? I often surf over the net and come across many forums to talk about new opportunities for generating income for your site(s). I can tell you there are so many different kinds of monetization programs available on the net that it almost comes up a new one every day. However, I can also tell you that some of them are in fact scams that will never pay you after you did a lot of things or work for them. That will be too late if you fail to receive to payments from these programs. To avoid scams, I need to do something. The way I normally do is to first check the Page Rank of the website first. By using some free PR checker, it is very convenient to check it. One example is http://www.popuri.us/, and apart from Page Rank, you can also check the link popularity in Tech

Today sees the start of the British Government's "Scam Awareness Month". Councils across the UK are backing the Office of Fair Trading's campaign to make us all aware of "scams" that cost us dear. Shame the OFT doesn't know about it - or at least doesn't appear to. According to the OFT's web site, it's current campaign is about Christmas. Oh dear - another Government department that doesn't understand the Internet - just like HMRC.Scams are nothing new. They've been going on ever since trading began back in cave dwelling days. What's surprising is that we still fall for them. Online scams get a great deal of media attention and we all know the problems caused by spam emails offering us some prize in a competition we never entered, or the ability to enlarge parts of our anatomy without any surgery. In fact, these are the least of our worries. Guess what the biggest two sources of complaints to the consumer watchdogs have been in the past year - cars and mobile phones. Not the Internet,
I had one of those scam emails today, you know a bit like the ones that say they are from your bank, but somehow they don’t seem to have put your name on the email? They want you to log-in to your account right now via the bogus hyperlink that they have helpfully supplied. This time though it wasn’t from a bogus bank or even bogus Paypal, but from bogus Blogger. Supposedly there is a problem with the database and I need to log in to correct it… Here’s the thing…. Google Blogger admin know my name… and my email address that I use to log in to blogger, so why didn’t they use my name, the name of my blogger account or my email address? (the email came into an unconnected email account). A scam, of course designed to lift important information from your Google account, maybe use your Google mail account or even substitute your adsense code for theirs… change the account details for where the adsense is paid or lift such banking information as is available. If you have s

However, I got an email from "The Draft Bloomberg Committee" and it was signed by two of the co-founders of Unity 08.
So, whatever, good for them. They are working with a viable third party candidate. But it does feel to me like these guys fell out of favor with the folks in DC and are trying desperately to get back in the game the only way they can because the
I thought I'd help out these bloggers and share their latest posts on how you can help:First one could be quite interesting, as this diet scam is soon to make it to national TV yet again, this time by ABC. They are looking for people whom have been harmed whilst doing this diet, if you have been harmed then please consider coming on their show. Whilst it's great to see Christin and Deni on the Morning show it would be great to see some others whom were purely just a regular member trying to lose weight. If you can help please do:Harmed by Kimkins? Share your Story on National TVAnother fantastic effort I see is a competition aimed at encouraging people whom do not approve of kimkins to be more pro-active against Kimmer and her kimkins diet. The reward?Seeing her website go bye bye... but in the mean time you can win a prize too :)Take Down Kimkins Contest
I remembered in the early of this year, many bloggers blog about Agloco, said Agloco can make big money and so on. Although I have signed up, luckily I have hibernated my Agloco account, because I couldn't find any interests to Agloco.
At that time, many bloggers were busy seeking their referrers to build their network, some stupid fellows5 Zoom(s)

This piece of news, sounds like something from a fiction movie but hey presto anything is possible in our world today. The 'back from the dead' canoeist and his wife scandal ,sparked an upheaval in Britain. Presumed dead (he) after his canoe was found washed up in a million shattered pieces (North Sea). However , Mrs Darwin has openly admitted that they were living as man and wife when an inquest had declared him dead. Which inevitably started the web of lies that she told to the authorities and to both her adult sons (who have in turn disowned both parents after their father surrendered himself to the police claiming amnesia few days ago ). Hahah that bit about him claiming amnesia is really ridiculous, as after a day he has lost his amnesia being in police custody. What made them come clean? There is only one reason because they were careless. Which again is really funny, as Mr Darwin (and Mrs but according to her its all down to him) planned so hard for his disappearance but was bra
