Sensible World of Soccer Pulled From Live Arcade A game-crippling bug has prompted Codemasters to pull Sensible World of Soccer from Xbox Live Arcade mere hours after it was added to the service. The bug apparently signs players out of Xbox Live and prevents them from signing back in until they manually return to the dashboard. Microsoft and Codemasters are looking into the problem. If you've already downloaded it, you'll have to delete it and redownload it when the fixed version is added to the Arcade, assuming you want to be able to play over Live. Which, with a game like Sensible, is kind of the whole point. Sensei pulled from Xbox Live [CVG] Link - Wed, 19 Dec 2007 12:20:05 GMT - Feed (1 subs) Sent using SendMeRss.com. • Edwards, Health Care And The "Sensible Center"
I’ve been pondering this column from Cokie and Steve Roberts that was reprinted in the Bucks County Courier Times Tuesday partly because I don’t know what they’re trying to accomplish here. Are they trying to seriously inform anyone as to the different positions on the issue of health insurance presented by each candidate for president from either party (as the New York Times did here last Sunday with this excellent editorial)? No.Are they trying to tell us about real-life stories of people who’ve experienced some of the horror of our profit-driven private care, where fewer and fewer people are covered? No (after all, the Robertses live in the accountability-free zone of pundit land, which is located primarily in the Beltway but also other regions, particularly in the South – they do throw in a lot of polling data that is supposed to impress us, though).Well then, let me share some of what they have to say here and maybe I’ll come up with an answer. Here is an excerpt…Take

  • Bi-Partisan Appeal for a Sensible Cuba Policy
In an op-ed in today's Washington Post, Congressmen Charlie Rangel (D-NY) and Jeff Flake (R-AZ) take on the idiotic, entirely political, failed American policy toward Cuba. They call for opening up political and economic co-operation with Cuba to help support positive change on the island for the Cuban people. I agree. I like Flake. I'd feel a lot better if I thought people like him (i.e.,
