Mac OS X 10.5.2, released today as a free update to the current version of the Mac operating system, adds support for RAW files from the Canon EOS-1Ds Mark III, Canon PowerShot G9, Hasselblad CF-22, Hasselblad CF-39, Leaf Aptus 75s, Nikon D3, Nikon D300 and Sony Alpha DSLR A700. Once installed, Apple applications, as well as non-Apple applications that draw on the same OS-level code, should be able to view and convert files from these cameras, though some may require updates of their own to utilize the expanded RAW file support. The public support for al-Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden and the Taliban has plummeted heavily, while the Pakistan People's Party is being seen as the most popular political entity of the country, a survey by a US-based organisation has claimed. According to Terror Free Tomorrow, a majority of Pakistanis wants President Pervez Musharraf to quit. At least 70 per cent of the respondents said it washigh time that he quit. Pakistanis are now looking to peaceful opposition groups, the survey conducted in January this year said. Only 24 per cent of Pakistanis participating in the survey said they were in favour of Osama bin Laden. In August last year, a similar sort of survey registered 46 percent support for the Al Qaeda chief. Support for the Taliban has also dropped by half to 19 per cent from 38 per cent. In addition, a new issue of Famitsu reveals some features that are sure to make PS3 owners quite happy.An optional hard drive install will supposedly remove all load times from the game. But, be warned -- it's quite a hefty install at nearly 5GB. Not only will load times be shortened on the PS3, but audiophiles will be glad to hear that the PS3 version also includes 5.1 LPCM audio. There's also support for the PSN, although how exactly it will work is still unclear. Regardless, it makes us glad to see the PS3 version of DMC4 get extra functionality.
