  Quisiera comenzar contándoles de Suzanne Vega una cantante con gran trayectoria en el mundo de la música.Suzanne Vega, nacida el 11 de julio de 1959, en Santa Monica, Los Angeles, California.Comenzó a componer sus primeras canciones a los 14 años. Estudió danza contemporánea mientras asistía a clases de Literatura en la escuela de arte Barnard College.En 1984, a raiz de sus actuaciones obtuvo la posibilidad de grabar su primer disco llamado "Suzanne Vega", el cual se lanzó en 1985 con una buena aceptación de parte del público.Este álbum muestra la sencibilidad y porfundidad de la cantante, reflejándose en las letras su capacidad de observación al mundo y su crítica constante. Este disco se caracterizó por tener un estilo folk.Dos años mas tarde publicó su segundo disco "Solitude Standing" con un corte mas pop, lo que significó un cambio a su estilo musical. It helped me learn because it has mortified poses such as beginning to the advanced poses. This DVD taught me yoga then grown to love Yoga is so healthy for the body in stretching, meditation and stress reduction.
