  Cosa dire del nuovo disco targato Nine Inch Nails? Bello o brutto? Potrei tranquillamente iniziare la recensione del disco in almeno 3 modi diversi:benvenuti all'inizio della fine, giusto per abusare di un titolo di una canzone contenuta nell'album;benvenuti nella discoteca drogata di Mr. Self Destruct Trent Reznor;per usare un altro titolo sempre preso dalla tracklist...benvenuti allo Year Zero dei NIN.Alla fine lo ammetto. Ho veramente capito poco di questo disco. E' controverso, a tratti fastidioso, a volte banale e scontato, a volte ci fa credere di avere finalmente spiccato il volo per poi ripiombare nella totale assenza di significato. Però non tutto è marcio e anzi, alla fine, un suo fottuto significato il disco lo ha, eccome se lo ha.I tre filoni a cui mi riferisco prima sono dati essenzialmente da quanto mi dice la mia testa...o questa è la classica Beginning Of the End per i chiodi da nove pollici in quanto iniziano realmente a scarseggiare le idee dalla brillantissima

  Acclaimed director of the under appreciated sci-fi masterpiece Dark City Alex Proyas, has signed on to direct the Dracula origins tale from writing team Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless called Dracula, Year Zero. I don’t think any fan could have asked for any better news than this but it does come with a little warning. This is not going to be a look at Draula’s later life but rather a snapshot of him at his peak. To clear things up a bit more, we’re essentially looking at a movie about Vlad Dracula (AKA Vlad the Impaler or Vlad Tepes). My take is that we’re going to see a film about the life of Vlad up the point where he supposedly trades his soul to the devil for the salvation of his country and his family so no blood sucking here. However, there’s more than enough material in the colourful background of both Vlad the man and the history of the Balkans, primarily Wallachia where Vlad ruled during the 15th century, to make an excellent film.
