Most parents will admit that when they are late for a child's appointment they will "fly" to get there. A Lake Villa man actually took that sentiment literally when he flew his plane from Wisconsin to the golf course of Lincolnshire Marriott Resort because his 14-year-old was late for his tennis lesson at the Lincolnshire Club. The pilot, Robert Kadera of Lake Villa, was at Ernie's Towing Service in Vernon Hills on Monday afternoon, replacing the plane's skis with tires. He was planning to move the plane off the towing lot.He said he did not want to make a comment until he found out what police were going to do about the incident.Lincolnshire police and the Lake County state's attorney's office are reviewing the incident, according to Lincolnshire police Detective John-Erik Anderson."(Kadera) wanted to get back into his plane and take off again," Anderson said.

Australia's Karrie Webb finished in a tie for fifth with American Stacy Prammanasudh on five under, 15 shots off the pace. On a day when monsoon-like storms sent spectators sprinting for cover and left others cowering under umbrellas, Mexican Ochoa produced a solid 68 for a combined 20-under par at the Tanah Merah Country Club. Play was suspended several times due to the torrential downpours that submerged greens, left puddles on the fairways and had players kicking their heels in the clubhouse. This time, Ernie Els could enjoy someone else's final-round misfortune. Ending nearly a four-year drought between PGA Tour victories, Els shot a 3-under 67 Sunday to win The Honda Classic. He finished at 6 under, one shot better than Luke Donald (71) and two ahead of Nathan Green (67). "It's been a long time coming," Els said. Els and Mark Calcavecchia were tied for the lead as the sun began setting on PGA National. But Calcavecchia hit into a greenside bunker at the par-3 15th, and his shot from the sand looked fine when it hit the green. Somehow, it never stopped rolling. He knew he was never going to make it on the professional tour, but he still wanted to pursue his dream on earning a living through his favorite pastime - golf. I would also talk about my training experiences with him and we found that even though our industries seemed completely separate (I am in the computer industry) there were many similarities in our training. It seems as long as you are doing something that interests you, even Plumbing Courses then you are most likely to succeed in your profession. I said yesterday that reading blogs is one of my favorite things to do, well I also like reading finance news too - even though I don't know a whole lot about it I still like to keep up with the latest in this area. Recently I was interested to hear that many homeowners are confused about which if the many Mortgages to choose from. I can certainly understand how this is the case, but it doesn't sound like it makes for a very good situation to be in. But their names were not listed when officials posted the tee times for the event at the Dennis Pines course. Joyce’s father, Pat, received a call from the club’s head pro, Russell Champoux, who said the tournament was not open to women. It did not matter that Joyce would play from the men’s tees. Or that she had won more than 20 club championships over the years. Or that she had captured the title in 2001 at an event for the state’s top female club champions. This Valentines day I spent some of the time reminiscing with my wife about the romantic New York city tours we took one Valentines day a few years ago. Slicing has always been my problem. Whenever I get a little tense or when trying to hit the golf ball a little bit too hard I usually slice the ball. Fortunately I am not the only golfer that suffers with this problem and there are many different articles and videos out there to help us.
